Acupressure, Qigong Self-healing Exercise for Chronic Pain & illness:

This Qigong Self-healing therapy session is designed and led by Dr. Miranda Lau. The exercise routine includes three parts!

THE QIGONG THERAPY – Body Trembling and Standing Meditation:

It is the major foundation for hundreds of Qigong such as Buddhism, Zen, Yoga, and Taoism. It significantly benefits the participant’s well being. It increases your capacity for deep healing. The benefits of the Standing Meditation are endless.

Here are a few:

Before we start the body trembling and the Qigong meditation, we will be mainly focused on learning the Traditional Chinese medicine on self-healing: our meridians, acu-points; the major techniques on our day to day self-care wellness. This takes about 30 minutes.

We teach and guide the participants in the KungFu of Body Trembling for about 10 minutes and then a self-healing Standing Meditation for about 25 minutes, depending on the strength level of each individual. The session will be clearly guided and explained before it starts (it takes about 10 minutes).
