This unique Self-healing session is designed by Acupuncturist and Traditional Chinese medicine Dr. Miranda Lau. The session combines Acupuncture without needles, REAL Tai Chi moves with clear hand in hand teach, Qigong therapy to maximize the results.
“ZEN” is a way of life handed down from ancient Chinese to us to exercise thinking and develop wisdom. “Tai Chi and Qigong” are like flowing clouds and water, flexible yet powerful as well as in sync with the universe’s energy. Yoga makes our stressful daily life simple, and Tai Chi, Qigong embraces this simplicity to the level of the extreme. These three exercises, Tai Chi, Qigong, and Acupressure, are combined together to help us reach our ultimate well-being.
