Do you suffer from back discomfort? These days many of us do.
Dr. Lau has developed a powerful yet fun routine to help open the channels that will strengthen your back and neck.
Section 1-4
Millions of people deal with back, neck pain every day.
In this course, Dr. Lau will take you through some movements and stretches that are based in Chinese medicine. Specifically Taichi and Qigong movements and Yin/Yang philosophies to help you release and reconnect.
Our daily lives now involve postures and movements that often “lock” channels and block energy flow, especially with work involving computers and repetitive motions.
